A: All orders require 4-7 business days for order processing plus delivery time. Typical delivery time is 1-4 business days in the US and 2-3 weeks outside the US.

A: It is possible that you will have to pay some import fees depending on your country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to avoid these fees. Any orders sent back to us by customs will automatically be refunded for the price of the item(s).

Simply ship the item(s) back to us along with a note with your name, order number, and what you would like to exchange for. You may only exchange for something of equal or lesser value. We will refund any difference in price between the items. If the item(s) requested is unavailable, you will be refunded the total price of the item(s) instead.
